Where TraderSync is stronger
- Broker coverage. TraderSync lists 700+ brokers and platforms with autosync on every plan[2], including TopstepX, ProjectX, Tradovate, NinjaTrader and Rithmic[5]. TradeHarbor auto-imports from ProjectX, with Tradovate, Interactive Brokers and Alpaca in beta.
- Replay and backtesting: trade replay, a market replay simulator and automated backtesting[2]. TradeHarbor has no trade replay.
- AI. The Cypher assistant and coach review your trading[2]; TradeHarbor doesn't offer AI trade review.
- A mobile app on every plan[2]. TradeHarbor runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen.
- Options analytics, including futures options and options spread recognition[2].
- A longer track record. TraderSync says it has been a trusted choice for over a decade[2]; TradeHarbor launched in September 2026.
Where TradeHarbor is different
- A free plan with no time limit, after a 14-day Pro trial that needs no card[1]. TraderSync lists a 7-day trial and no free plan[2].
- Prop firm rules tracked for you. Presets for 14 futures prop firms track the daily loss limit, drawdown floor, profit target and consistency rule[1][3]; TraderSync's Strategy Checker grades trades against rules you write yourself[4].
- Pass odds from your own trading days, and the expected cost to get funded[1].
- Unlimited accounts for $24 a month on Pro[1]; TraderSync's $29.95 Pro plan has 5[2].
Who should pick which
- You want a mobile app, AI coaching, or market replay to practice in.
- You trade options, or many asset classes, and want analytics for all of them.
- Your broker autosyncs with TraderSync and you never want to handle a CSV.
- You trade futures prop evaluations and want the firm's rules tracked for you.
- You want a free journal, not a trial, for one prop account.
- You run more than five prop accounts and want them on one low-priced plan.
The free plan is the easiest test: import a few weeks of your own trades and see whether the rule tracking and pass odds earn a place in your routine. No journal makes a trader profitable on its own.
TraderSync vs TradeHarbor: common questions
Does TraderSync have a free plan?
TraderSync's pricing page lists three paid plans, from $29.95 a month, each with a 7-day free trial, and no free plan[2]. TradeHarbor is free for one active account with no time limit; Pro is $24 a month or $199 a year[1].
Does TraderSync track prop firm rules?
TraderSync doesn't list prop firm rule presets. Its Strategy Checker grades each trade against a checklist you write[4]. TradeHarbor tracks the published rules of 14 futures prop firms from your trades[3].
Does TraderSync connect to TopstepX?
TraderSync's supported broker list includes TopstepX and ProjectX[5]. TradeHarbor Pro auto-imports from ProjectX too, and both plans read TopstepX CSV exports[1].
How do I move my trades from TraderSync to TradeHarbor?
TradeHarbor imports CSV files. Exports from Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic R|Trader, TopstepX/ProjectX, Quantower, Sierra Chart, TradingView and Interactive Brokers are recognized automatically; any other CSV, including one from another journal if it can export one, works by matching its columns once, and TradeHarbor remembers the mapping. Duplicates are skipped, so overlapping files are safe, and every import can be undone.
