Top One Futures sells 3 evaluations (Elite DAILY V2 Evaluation, Elite ACCESS Evaluation (EOD funded) and Elite ACCESS Intraday Evaluation) and funded accounts (Elite DAILY V2 Funded, Elite ACCESS Funded (EOD), Elite ACCESS Intraday Funded, Instant Sim Funded 2.0 and Ignite Instant Funding) in 25K, 50K, 100K and 150K sizes. Below are the drawdown, daily loss limit, consistency, and payout rules for every plan, read from Top One Futures's own help center. Evaluations
The drawdown trails your highest end-of-day balance, and stops at $100 above the starting balance.

- Consistency is 40% for accounts bought on or after May 11, 2026 (45% before): your largest day must be 40% or less of total profit when you reach the target. If it is higher you keep trading rather than failing.
- The drawdown is checked on the end-of-day close only.
- Top One's help center describes a daily loss limit hit both as a pause for the day and as a failed account; confirm with the firm.
- The daily loss limit counts open losses and fees and is measured from the previous close.
- No news restriction in the evaluation. Up to 5 Elite Daily accounts per household. Resets are available within 14 days of a breach.

- The $39 one-time fee is shown as a limited-time price; the site lists $139 / $218 / $259 / $359 as regular prices.
- The target must be reached within 30 days. No daily loss limit, no consistency rule and no news restriction in the evaluation.
- The drawdown is breached only if the day closes below it; intraday dips don't count.

Funded accounts
The drawdown trails your highest end-of-day balance, and stops at $100 above the starting balance.

- No activation fee; the funded account is issued automatically.
- The daily loss limit pauses trading for the day.
- News rule (funded only): no opening, closing or changing orders from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact events.
- Contracts scale with end-of-day profit (50K: 1 mini until $1,500, 2 from $1,500, 3 from $2,000).
- Profit held in the buffer is lost on a breach.
- Balance at least $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) above the starting balance before a payout.
- Profit of $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,000 / $5,000 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) in each payout cycle.
- At least 1 trading days since the last payout.
- At least 1 days between payouts.
- The balance after a payout must stay at or above start + buffer. Minimum payout $500; maximum $750 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,250; one request every 24 hours. From payout 2 on, at least half of each payout must be new profit since the last one. No consistency rule. 90/10 split.

- The daily loss limit pauses trading for the day. The help center gives $1,750 for 150K; the homepage card shows $1,850.
- The drawdown is judged on the end-of-day close.
- News rule: no orders within 2 minutes of a high-impact event (funded only).
- Contracts scale with end-of-day profit.
- Balance at least $1,500 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) above the starting balance before a payout.
- Profit of $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $5,000 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) in each payout cycle.
- 5 days with at least $200 / $250 / $300 / $350 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) profit, best day at most 40% of the cycle's profit since the last payout.

- Payout needs profit of at least the buffer + $500. Minimum payout $500; maximum $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500. Winning days need not be in a row. The 5-day count and the 40% consistency score reset after each payout. From payout 2 on, at least half of each payout must be new profit. 90/10 split.

- The floor doesn't lock until the first payout; it then locks at start + $100.
- Balance at least $1,500 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) above the starting balance before a payout.
- Profit of $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $5,000 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) in each payout cycle.
- 5 days with at least $200 / $250 / $300 / $350 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K) profit, best day at most 40% of the cycle's profit since the last payout.

Straight to funded (no evaluation)
The drawdown trails your highest end-of-day balance, and stops at $100 above the starting balance. Taking a payout moves it straight to that level.

It depends on the plan: Elite DAILY V2 Evaluation trails end of day; Elite DAILY V2 Funded trails end of day; Elite ACCESS Evaluation (EOD funded) trails end of day; Elite ACCESS Funded (EOD) trails end of day; Elite ACCESS Intraday Evaluation trails end of day; Elite ACCESS Intraday Funded trails intraday; Instant Sim Funded 2.0 trails end of day; Ignite Instant Funding trails end of day. End-of-day drawdowns follow your highest closing balance; intraday ones follow your highest balance during the day, including open profit.

Hitting it closes your positions and stops trading for the rest of the session; it doesn't fail the account.
