Where there is one, hitting it usually ends trading for the day without failing the account. The exceptions, where it fails the account: Earn2Trade (Trader Career Path Evaluation, The Gauntlet Mini), FTMO Futures (Pro Evaluation, Pro Sim-Funded). The max drawdown still applies either way.
